When my son Isaac was diagnosed with severe OCD and anxiety in 2014, I jumped straight into changing our diet, hoping for fast results. But going “all in” overnight was too much. We soon felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and burnt out. I quickly realised a gentler approach was needed.

Real, lasting change came when I slowed down and began adding in healing foods gradually, adjusting our habits little by little instead of trying to do everything at once. Over time, the improvements for our family were life-changing.

This “Getting Started with Gut Healing” guide is here to help you start gently and simply, because tiny, consistent habits are where true healing begins. Start with whatever feels most doable to you -even one small step makes a difference. Gradually layer on more as you feel ready.
