As usual I was 'keeping it real' with family popping in and out (both in the live chat and in my kitchen ðŸ˜†), tweaking recipes as I cooked, working out creative solutions to technical issues, and lots of laughs... but it was a great evening and I'm so happy that many of you could join me for the celebration.

Simple, Healing Food - Meal Plan

This week I'm making all my meals from Simple, Healing Food - want to have a look at my meal plan? As you can see I have a LOT of cooking happening (thank goodness my sister Joye helps with meal prep on Mondays)! There's generally 6-8 people here for meals and we usually eat leftovers for breakfasts and work lunches. I like to cook in bulk so I can freeze some meals for another day, so I make big batches... and I've just cleaned out my freezer so I need to restock! So yep, lots of cooking this week.
