This month Joye and I will be sharing our tips for what to keep on hand so that your kitchen is well-stocked for healthy cooking and you can easily whip up a simple, nourishing meal at the end of a busy day with what you have on hand. The first class will include a shopping list template that you can adjust to suit your needs, tips for simple meals using these basic ingredients, and we'll cook two simple meals together.
The second class this month will include a Mystery Box Challenge! I'm going to show how you can use your basic ingredients to create a delicious meal using what you have - so make sure to stock up your kitchen after the first class and you'll be ready to go! If you have the suggested ingredients on hand you can cook along, or we can help you adjust your cooking to use what you have. This will be a very creative, 'cooking by the seat of your pants' kind of class and I think it's going to be lots of fun!!
In the second class, we'll also be making my Grain-Free Carrot Cake for a special Easter treat.

Monday 16 March, 11am: Stock the Basics + 2 Simple Meals
- Spicy beef bowls
- Roast lemon chicken

Monday 30 March, 11am: Mystery Box Monday!
- Get creative with your basic ingredients and learn to use what you have on hand
- Also make my grain-free carrot cake for a delicious Easter treat!
Shopping lists will be sent out a few days before each class, and recipe eBooks the day before each class. Keep an eye on your emails!
These recipes are gluten free, grain free, naturally sweetened, and most are suitable for the GAPS diet (or have variations to help you adjust them). Some recipes contain dairy or nuts but will have variations for dairy and nut-free wherever possible.
