Learn to make a nourishing, gut-healing chicken stock (and freeze some for the next class). Roast marrow bones and make bone marrow butter - a gut-healing treat that's delicious on steak or spread onto grain-free bread! Make a batch of chicken liver pate and freeze in small servings, so it's easy to get some healing organ meats into your everyday meals and snacks.

Learn to make a creamy chicken and veggie noodle dish and a delicious lemon custard. Both recipes include egg yolks - a powerful, gut-healing food that is important for detoxing, healing adrenal and chronic fatigue, chelating metals, and soothing a sensitive gut. The crispy chicken skin used as garnish on the chicken noodle dish is also a delicious snack - think pork crackling, except made with chicken skin! Yum!!
